1. Service overview

GetThisTrip helps travel creators turn their own social travel content into generated itinerary pages with booking and affiliate-ready links. The current product focuses on YouTube travel content, AI-generated itinerary planning, and Trip.com or other third-party booking links.

The public generator on the home page is for demo and preview purposes only. It is not the creator publishing flow, and demo outputs are not intended to be published to an audience as official shareable creator pages.

Creators may generate and publish audience-facing pages only after logging in with their social account and choosing videos or other content that they own, control, or are authorized to use. The service is an MVP and may change, pause, or remove features while the product is being developed.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the links, accounts, videos, and content you submit or select. Only connect social accounts and choose videos or materials that you own, control, or have permission to use for this kind of processing and publication.

You are also responsible for complying with creator-platform rules, advertising rules, affiliate disclosure requirements, and travel laws that apply to your audience.

3. Generated travel information

Itineraries, descriptions, day plans, and place matches are generated with automated systems. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

Before publishing or relying on a page, you should review the itinerary, verify travel details, and confirm prices, opening hours, visa rules, safety requirements, accessibility, availability, and booking terms.

4. Booking links and third parties

GetThisTrip is not a travel agency, tour operator, hotel, airline, or merchant of record. Booking links may send viewers to Trip.com, affiliate networks, or other third-party services.

Third-party services control their own prices, availability, refunds, support, and terms. We may earn commissions or other value when people use certain links.

5. Demo previews and published pages

Demo previews generated from the public home-page form are for evaluating the product. They are not audience-ready publishing pages, even if the preview includes a temporary URL or page-like output.

Audience-facing itinerary pages can be published only through the creator flow after social login and creator selection of eligible videos or content. Anyone with a published page URL may be able to view the page until it expires or is removed.

We may remove, disable, expire, or regenerate demo previews and published pages at any time, including for abuse, legal risk, technical issues, or product changes.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit private, confidential, illegal, misleading, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service to impersonate someone, misrepresent sponsorships, or hide required affiliate disclosures.
• Do not interfere with the service, overload it, scrape it at scale, bypass limits, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use generated pages to promote unsafe travel, unlawful activity, scams, malware, or deceptive offers.

7. Rights

You keep the rights you already have in your videos, links, and materials. By submitting a demo link or selecting content through a logged-in creator flow, you grant us permission to fetch information related to that content, process it, generate itinerary content, store the resulting preview or page, and, when you publish, display it to people who access the published page.

GetThisTrip and its underlying software, design, workflows, and brand elements remain our property or the property of our licensors.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, that links will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GetThisTrip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party travel services.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will make the updated terms available on this page.
